Not the biggest release to date but DoF and AO in the viewport
Still around 120+ bugs… Too much imho
- Hair particule system received some love thank to Gooseberry
- Split normal
- Connect vertex path (J) is nice
- In response to user feedback, some initial measures have been taken to reduce the number of cases where unused actions were getting lost from files.

My favourites new features: Viewport AO, Pointiness attribute and… the generation and saving of previews for materials, textures, lamps, world and images datablocks in .blend Files !
Great release, a lot of bug fixes and the beginning of a second life for the BGE.
Pointiness is my favorite new feature. I still don’t get what’s wrong with normals and why the split normal feature fix that.
I’m sad that Multiview hasn’t been integrated yet, but it should be for the next one.

The BGE has news people to work on with commits right and they have already fixed some very old bugs for this release that was really annoying.
It makes this release a lot more stable than the previous.
