I’m working on a new addon that can be really usefull I think!
It can edit properties on as much objects that are selected. Before I release it, feel free to propose features I didn’t think about.
I thought for example to give the possibility to insert keyframes on property. To choose to apply to selected, to all object or just lamp/object/camera/curve and to have a modifier tab to change the subsurf on all objects in the same time for example.
It would be nice on nodes if I could, but I suppose that’s possible.

Massive editing can be now applied on specific object type among selected items or everything in the scene.

Add/apply/remove modifiers is done and I add some useful presets for the property editing.

It is possible but it should be a lot of work to override every property behaviors and I don’t feel confortable to do that. Unless a simple callback with existing functions could do the job? I don’t know Blender API enough, if someone have an idea, tell us.
Anyway, keyframes and support for nodes are coming! 🙂
