- [2015/05/09] Bbug Workshop – Video Sequence Editor (VSE) by @Grungi_Ankhfire
Here, you can subscribe to the next Bbug event about the Video Sequence Editor (VSE) in Blender.
On the menu :
We’ll see again a not so well known feature of Blender ; the Video Sequence Editor.
We’ll see how to use Blender to make video, import images, sound, or even a part of a movie and cut/edit it.
If you have any question and/or suggestion, don’t hesitate to ask.
This workshop will be held by Bastien Gorissen, who, amongst many things, is a Python addict, a tireless Indie game dev and a musician.
Basic experience with Blender is recommended but anybody willing to try out is welcome.
The training will be held in French and/or English depending on the attendees, start at 10:00 and end around 17:00 at the Botkamp.
We have (temporarily) 8 seats available (mostly without PC. Please, bring your own laptop).
First come, first served.

Can’t wait to share the knowledge I scrapped together while using the VSE for my own projects with you! As David is saying, if you have any particular question or subtopic you’d like to see adressed, feel free to ask in the thread!
Thanks all for coming, it was a stressful but super great experience to be able to share with you and learn some new intricacies of the VSE 😀
I will try to collect some of the most useful stuff that was discussed so that we can keep track of it ^^
The stress goes down after a while but I agree giving a course is stressful.
Check the GDrive, I started and shared a file Bbug_Courses_VSE where I begon to write what I remembered from your workshop.
Don’t feel obligated to contribute but if you want you’re more than welcome : )
